Hi,

You seem to have acne vulgaris with white comedones. There may be genetic tendency. Your skin would be oily. There may be some factors responsible for its exacerbation. Minocycline cap 50 mg daily in morning and isotretinoin cap 10 mgat night for long time might improve the condition. Apply adapalene gel on the lesions at night and clindamycine gel in on lesions in morning. Cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash. If there is dandruff, treat it with ketoconazole shampoo like scalpe shampoo. Avoid oily food in diet. Avoid excessive sun exposure. Stress and anxiety should be reduced. You may feel better after few months.

Thanks.
