Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Do you have any pain in the neck and arm as well. Any itching or redness on the skin of the arm, any fever. Are you a smoker. Any medical history. You will need to assess the strength of both your arms, if you feel less sensations or strength in your arms then you will need to get a thorough checkup by your Doctor to rule out vascular or nerve problems. Stop smoking and drinking alcohol if you do. Eat healthy. Drink plenty of water. Exercise daily.
