Hi!
welcome to HCM!
You are going through peri-menopausal symptoms and as you know there is a solution to these problems. You could go in for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) under the expert guidance of a gynaecologist or an endocrinologist.

You and your doctor may decide that hormones are or are not needed for a short time to help with symptoms of menopause. As the menopausal change winds down, most of the symptoms taper off. At that time, it’s often a good idea to stop HRT.
Most of the symptoms of menopause are linked to lower estrogen levels. Some symptoms – hot flashes and night sweats, for instance – tend to fade away at some point, whether or not they are treated. Other problems, like dryness and thinning of vaginal tissues and bone thinning may persist.
Several large studies have been conducted. risk of breast cancer from HRT is increased only in current and recent users. The risk returns to that of a woman who never used HRT (the usual risk) within 3 years of stopping.
risk of uterine cancer is increased onl in patients taking estrogen alone.combination with progestrones showed no increased risk.
I hope this will help you!
