With History Of Cervical Cancer, What Could Uterine Cyst And Polyp Indicate?

I am a 41 year old female I have a past history of cervical cancer that is now gone. I have been keeping up with all my pap smears and everything always comes back clear. I started out with having lower back pain spotting in between periods pink and some peach color blood. Had post coital bleeding immediatly after sex.A very large amount. went to the doctor and he ordered an ultrasound vaginally and abdominal. the ultrasound showed a small cyst on my left ovary a grape size cyst on my right ovary a mass in my uterus with some whitish shadowing. My gynecologist ordered a uterine biopsy during the exam we could not get past my cervx because I have had a leap procedure and cone biopsy in 2010, an a polyp was discovered on my cervix. I have another uterine biopsy, operational hysterscopy, polyectomy and he said he would we remove the tumor. my major question as why am I having all these problems could this be linked to uterine cancer? thank you for reading my post

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

Uterine cyst needs exclusion of endometrial cancer. Do an ultrasound for endometrial thickness; trans vaginal sonography is suggested.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
