Penis Tip Swollen After Unprotected Sex. No Symptoms Of STD. Reason For Swelling?

Had unprotected sex two weeks back. The day after, I noticed that the penis tip, or meatus has swollen a little. Almost looked as if there are two small lips around my penis hole. I have no symptoms of an STD and the lady who I had sex with has no STDs. There s no pain in the area. So could you please explain what it could be?

Urologist 's  Response
Hello Mr Charles
Although there is no pain or discharge, a swollen penis tip after unprotected intercourse suggest minor infection resulting to inflammation. You should consult a Urologist who can examine you and if needed may suggest a course of antibiotic.
Thanks
