Penis Bleeding After Sex. Is It A Problem That Needs To Be Checked Out?

Hi, two days ago I had sex with a guy I know from work, we didn't use a condom and when he was about to come I started to give him oral sex but instead of sperm coming out he's penis started bleeding. I was worried that I might have used my teeth and hurt him but he said it happens to him all the time. So now I'm worried he could have an sti and has passed it on to me or is it a penis problem he has that needs to be checked out

Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your available history.

Bleeding from penis after sex might be due to
- Tight foreskin
- Infection

You should take him to venereal disease specialist /dermatologist for detailed evaluation and management.

You should avoid sex with him until he is diagnosed properly.

I hope i have addressed your concern.

Thanks.
