Hi, I had my pelvic ultrasound done yesterday and according to the results, my uterus is approxiametaly 65x43 mm big . My myometrium is normal. Also my right ovary is 37x15.5 mm big while my left one is 31.5x14 mm big. And inside both of them, there are millimetrical follicles observed. And my bladder is found normal. So I don t what I am supposed to understand from these results. Please help :)
