Pelvic Scan Said Acyesis, Nil Masses, Cyst. Meaning?

i did a pelvic scan, here is the result P.OD: mild echo free fluid in cul-de sac ADNAXAE: Free bilaterally Ovaries: both appear normal in size with normal stromal echoes Uterus: non gravid and anteverted, outline is fair and myometrial echoes are smooth. nil intra mural masses / lesion . measures 97.2mm x 54.1mm ENDOMETRIUM:Cavity is partly open with normal wall thickness. endometrial plate is maintained till endo- cervical margin. nil masses. OS is closed at time of scan IMPRESSION: Acyesis, nil masses / cyst , no visible adnexae lesion Please i need your answer and help concerning the mild echo free fluid in cul-de sac. is it normal for pregnancy? thanks

Dear friend, welcome to HCM !

The pelvic scan shows minimal free fluid in the Pouch of Douglas (cul-de-sac).
It is not normal.
Rest of the structures are normal and there is no pregnancy.
Acyesis means absence of pregnancy.

There are various causes of free fluid in the cul0de-sac. Please consult your gynaecologist for the same and get evaluated.
