Hello, If you are not on any contraception and haven't had a period for more than a month, you should first exclude pregnancy before going ahead with any other form of treatment even though you have polycystic ovaries. Withdrawal bleeding usually occurs 3-7 days after completion of hormonal treatment, sometimes as long as 10 days. If you do not see your period even then, it is time for further investigation like a trans-vaginal sonogram and a blood test for pregnancy. Also, priming of the uterus is necessary to induce a period and if the hormonal deficiency is severe, you may need a course of oral pills to see an effect. Hope this helps.
