Painful Sexual Intercourse, Painful Urination, Stings In The Abdomen, Streptococcus-b And E-coli Infections, Trying To Concieve. Suggestions?

Female, age 25, period every 32-38 days, duration 7-8 days Since my first sexual experience 6 years ago, intercourse has always been painful. 1 year after starting my sexual life I got total hematuria considered by doctors due to cystitis ( bladder and liver tests are fine) and ever since I have also been dealing with painful urination , I got streptococcus B and e-coli and symptoms that seems like a recurrent candida or other infections. My current symptoms (noticed in the last 4 months) are: stings in the belly button or (a little aside to left), bloating , difficulty in eliminating gases (sometimes medication needed to eliminate them because I get sharp pain all over the abdomen and I can not even stand), alternating constipation with occasionally floating light-colored stool with episodes of acute diarrhea for 3-4 days, pain at defecation and 15-30 min after with stings while washing, sometimes itches (not constant) - I did a couple of stool tests and all came out negative. Painful urination (stings), sometimes itches too and dense-turbid urine (with strong smell), pain and discomfort during and after intercourse, no pregnancy though no protection during last 6 months on fertile period (my husband has other kids so is not infertile and is also young, only 24 years old). Menstruation starts with 1-2 days of brown fluids, 2 days of clean blood and ends with 3-4 days of very dark fluids. Also (maybe not related) I have been loosing my hair severely and lost weight, feel tired and i got acne (that i didn t have even as a teenager!). Sorry it s long I have been to an infinite number of doctors but no answer and none of the medication given (antibiotics for urinary tract infections, for e-coli or streptococcus, ovules for vaginal infections) have made my symptoms disappear (sometimes they would for only a short period..a few days or weeks..but most of the time not even a slightest improvement). My Pap test was always perfect during all these years (had 1 a year and last year even 2), recent abdominal ultrasound to uterus was good and also 90% of the urine tests were clear (only once in 5 years of tests every 3-4 months i discovered the streptococcus and then the e-coli). I have checked for other gynecological illnesses too (like syphilis, mycoplasma, ureaplasma..all negative and I think all STD s). Me and my husband want to conceive but not with my current health condition. Your help is very much appreciated, I am desperate!

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Constipations with occasional diarrhea, stomach pains, bloating are probably caused by partial intestines obstruction. Painful intercourse, strange bleedings, blood in urine are characteristic for endometriosis. Moreover, endometriosis very often causes intestines obstruction due to intraabdominal adhesions.
Endometriosis is a condition caused by uterine cells (endometrium) which are growing outside the uterine, most often in the abdominal cavity. Such pathologically growing cells are causing inflammation and adhesions inside abdominal cavity. It is very often that all tests are negative when endometriosis is present.
There is a possibility that your symptoms are caused by something else like Crohn`s disease or ulcerative colitis.
You should have colonoscopy, abdominal CT with contrast and if no findings, laparoscopy(small surgery during which the camera is placed inside the abdomen) is necessary.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
