Painful Rash On Vagina, Inflammation. No STI. Tried Hydrocortisone And Anti-fungal Creams
I have a massive rash on my vagina it is very painful and inflamed with little disk little things. I have had an sti check and obviously that came back clear and then i had a skin sample taken and it came back as dermatitis which is good to know. But thats was a year ago and it has flared up hideously in the last two weeks the itching wont go away and I've been trying numerous different hydrocortisone and anti fungal creams to get rid of it but the rash is just spreading. I have been taking antihistamines to try and stop the itch but even that doesn't help to a great degree. I really want it to go away so i can get on my busy life because its driving me insane! I just dont really know what direction to go in now and how i can solve this problem! Thanks Ally
As you have tried all the first-line treatment medications like steroid creams, antihistamines and antifungal creams it is best you now visit a dermatologist as only a specialist can help treat you. A physical examination would be absolutely mandatory.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
