Painful Itchy Rash From Anus To Scrotum. Sometimes Peels, Bleeds. No Improvement From Creams. Solution?
Hi there I m concerned about my partener he is a clean healthy 20 year old male, and has pain full itchy rash from scortum to bumhole sometimes bleeds and peals skin. worse at night and when sweaty he has seen his gp and been told its a fungal infection and has been using miconazole cream twice a day for 3 weeks now and no improvement. pleasr help

From history it seems that he has fungal infection on scrotum.
He may require oral anti-fungal tablet like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a wek for four weeks.
Continue with cream.
Keep local hygiene dry, clean and healthy.
