Painful Chest Tightness. ER Suspects Hyperinflated Lungs. History Of Asthma. Should I Consult An Expert?

I'm a healthy 49 year old woman, in pretty good shape. My right side of my chest has felt tight for about a week, almost like an effort to pull a heavy breath in, today during my workout my chest felt sore while working out, after the workout have some real tightness (almost pain) above the breast in chest. I can move my arm all over with no pain, just when I exert like lifting/pushing/shifting, etc. went to urgent care, said probably pulled muscle, does not feel like pulled muscle with tightness feeling and only hurting for certain movements. he said my lungs were hyperinflated, but "not to worry" its probably just the way my body is because i'm tall (5'9, 129 pounds), i've had xrays many times in my life, nobody has told me it was hyperinflated before, should i get a expert opinion? i have had asthma in the past, but not in 20 years! no cold or flu in over a year either! never smoked.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some cardiac ailment as you get this feeling after lifting, shifting or exertion.
Go for EKG and rule out coronary.
Do deep breathing exercise.
Ok and take care.
