Pain Under Rib Cage On Urination, Yellow Urine, Diarrhea, Green Stools. Cause?

I had some problems with green stools?! Lately, my right side underneath my ribcage has been hurting every time I need to go to the bathroom and my urine s been a little on the yellow side? So I drank more water and now it s diarrhea . I just blamed this on my period, thinking the diarrhea was normal, but I saw it was slightly green! I don t think I ve ever had any biological problems with this, I really need to know whats going on

K diarrhoea pain abd nd yellowish urine ....may be u need to undergo an ultrasound to kw for gall bladder related prob ...may be u r having sme cholestatic jaundice or any othr related prob ...few blood tests like routine complete hemogram ,liver function test may help us to kw the cause of ur problem ...so til thn u can take nedicines like tab rifiximin 400 mg thrice a day ,tab providac twice a day,if pain is really severe thn consider to take tab meva sr sos ...and drink plenty of water ...this information and treatment may help u ....if u hav any further quiry get back to me with ur complaints thnq.
