Pain On Edges Of Head Of Penis While Pulling Back Foreskin, Sensitive. Easy Way To Get Cure?
Hi there, whenever i pull back my foreskin fully during sex or maturbating i feel uneasiness or pain on the edges of the head of my penis due to the continues foreskin movement on the head (is this called thrushing??, im not too sure) anyway its worrying and my penis is in alot of pain especially when fully erect as i think i have a tight foreskin. What could i do to help this and ease the pain on the head of my penis? When i touch it there, its super sensitive and painful :(

The pain and irritation is due to tight foreskin causing accumulation of section known as smegma which is curd like and causes inflammation. When the inflamed glans is exposed after pulling back the skin, it becomes hypersensitive. Taking hot tub bath , pulling back the skin in water and cleaning the smegma will help. Also suggest you to apply a combination of antifungal and steroid ointment like candid b after pulling back the skin, apply it and replace back the skin.
