Pain Near The Breast. Mammogram Report Normal. Enlarged Node Without Any Irregularities. History Of Ribs And Shoulder Out Of Place. Muscular Pain?

I had a pain under my armpit near the side top of right breast . Mamm and ultrasound show fine. One small node enlarged but no irregularities. I have been doing pull ups in a kipping style. Chiropractor states 3 ribs and my shoulder where out of place. But the weird pains in between my shoulder blades and into my armpit have been going on for weeks. Is this muscles or should I be worried?

Thanks for posting your query.
Do you have some abscess in right upper limb?
Presence of normal ultrasound and mammography suggest least possibility of breast pathology.
Shoulder dislocation is not associated with small lymph node enlargement in right arm pit.
Dislocation of ribs is not possible.
There may also be possibility of boil formation in hair follicles in armpit.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist and should go for thorough check up.
You should also keep watch on the progress of small nodules.
You should take antibiotics for complete recovery if it appears to be infectious.
