Hi and thanks for the query,
This pain and symptoms deserve a very detailed evaluation. It would be interesting knowing you have a family history of asthma or not, and whether you got any past history of smoking. Wheezing and night coughing especially could be due to asthma. Fever, weight loss, night sweats and exposure to some one who has been coughing for a long time could be an indication of pulmonary tuberculosis. Chronic productive cough indicate chronic bronchitis. A chest ray, sputum examination and spirometric analysis are of utmost importance in making a definitive diagnosis. These exams shall be guided by a proper clinical evaluation. I suggest you consult a pulmonologist.
Thanks and best regards,
