Pain In Knees Below Knee Cap Post A Hard Training Session. Worrisome?

i play a lot of hockey and sometimes after a hard training session or game i find i get a pain in both my knees just under the bottom of my knee-caps. should i be worried?

Dear shoot-me,
If the pain you get, goes away after a good night's sleep than there is nothing to worry. If it persists than you better visit an ortHopedician and stop playing till you get yourself investigated.
