Hi,
Welcome to the forum. Your symptoms indicate that you have been suffering from chronic suppurative
otitis media (CSOM). It may take time to get cured, have patience.
Avoid swimming, it will further infect your ears. Since you have pain almost all the times, it will be better to take injectable antibiotics ( like
ampilox ) than oral. You can take analgesics (
combiflam) to get temporary relief.
Do not fiddle with your ears, when secretions ooze out, wipe it dry with some cotton. Avoid eating raw fruits, vegetables. Avoid curd, yoghurt, all those things that are
cold in nature. These precautions will help your ears get dry faster.
Visit an emergency room and have all blood and other investigations completed. Take proper treatment.
Neglect may result in
hearing loss and complications later in life. Take care.
