Pain In Breast While Coughing, Radiates To Nipple. Fell And Got Hit On Breast. Taking Aspirin. What Could Be This?

I fell 4days ago....landed on both hands but hurt my right breast....It hurts when I cough....I have to hold my breast....the pain radiates from the side of the right breast, into the nipple and at the base of the breast as well. I am fine when I sit but sleeping is painful. I have been taking aspirin. What could it be? How long will it take to heal?

I have gone through your question in detail.
While you fell you might have hurt your musculo skeletal system and that might be causing you this kind of pain. Such pains do take 5-10 days to heal. try to take rest and you can continue to take aspirin as long as it doesnt cause problem to you. If the pain is sever then you can add some muscle relaxant to it as well. Try hot fomentation and rest as much as possible.
