Pain In Arms Till Finger Tips, Unable To Perform Activities, Breathing Problem, Heart Race. Solution?
Hi im a single mother of three beautiful children under the age of 8. Im 25 years old. I have recently been having pain in my arms. I cant do certain things like sweep, mopp, and use the vaccum without mt arms numbing up and i feel pain from the top of my arms to the tip of my fimgers. I cant open and close my hands tight because that only makes the pain worse. I feel out of breath most of the time. And if i go upand the stairs the usually makes my heart race and afterwards when i catch my breath the arm thing starts to happen. Please let me know what i should do.

hi.. you have dyspnea/breathlessness and palpitation after doing exercise/walking upstairs.. you have weakness to do household work.. it could be due to iron deficiencyanaemia.. see your physician for the diagnosis and management with deworming followed by iron supplementation.. also start with multivitamins, increase intake of green leafy vegetables.. do moderate exercises after starting iron supplements.. i assume that your menstrual cycles are normal, if you have increased bleeding see you gynaecologist... all the very best..
