Pain Beneath Ribs, Breathlessness, Vomiting, Trouble Burping, Frequent Periods. Meaning?

hi my daughter is experiencing pain underneath the ribs and gets shortness of breath also throwing up cant eat she says having trouble burping or passing gas this has been for the last couple of days today she started bleeding and not feeling good again tonight. She had her period about two weeks ago what could this mean

Hi rita ! If her period started and she feel pain give her diclofenac with dicyclomine. Don't use home made cloth as pad or high absorbing pads. use normal absorbing pad. Ask her if she has white discharge and smell, this make girl anemic too, need to check for haemoglobin count. If she dont want to eat give her soup, juice etc. And consult with gynaecologist. If digestion problem persist consult with physician for further investigation. Take care of her. Bye.
