Pain At The Base Of Penis, Hard And Painful To Touch At The Base. What Is Wrong ?
I have been getting pain at the base of my penis, there are no visible differences but when I feel where the pain is I feel a long hard line like a blood vessel or a vain but very hard and painful to touch and when the skin at the base of the penis is stretched even a small amount I receive large amounts of pain ... Could you tell me what could be wrong ?
