PCOS, Type Two Diabetes, Stomach Pain Near Ovaries. Taking Metformin, Glyburide. Ovaries To Be Removed?

I am 58 yrs old and have polysystic ovaries, type 2 diabetic just recently, and am taking metmorfin and glyburide for the diabetes . In the last couple of days I started having pain in lower stomach area which I believe are my ovaries. What does this mean and solution? Does my ovaries need to be removed? YYYY@YYYY
