Ovarian Cyst On Left Ovary, 7cm In Size. Following Healthy Diet. Options Other Than Surgery?
was told i had an ovarian cyst on left ovary but am so against surgery i work in healthcare and see infections constantly from surgeries, and they have to re open them up, trying to the whole holistic approach , eating right , exercise, rest , etc.... what is your take on it ? my cyst is 7 cm but hasnt really grown much , i hear cysts (tumors) , feed off sugar , ive elimanated sugar , caffeine, meat, dariy , etc, any suggestions? I go for my next ultrasound on wednesday , and am very nervous to hear the results, being that i am trying so much to avoid any kind of surgery...

Ovarian cyst of 7 cm is of moderate size & it is very difficult to treat its medically.
You should undergo ultrasound scan regularly & if size is constant then we can wait, but if size starts increasing then surgery remains only option.
