hi welcome to HCM

i had gone through your query and understand your concern.

first you know the parthenogenesis of the PCOD,because ovarian cyst not depend on local pathology,removal of the cyst cant get cured ( recurrence common )

genetic predisposition,ageing,drugs,and lifestyles may lead to insulin resistance and cause

-android obesity
-increased lipid storage
-altered fat metabolism
-hyperinsulineimia
-altered steroid hormone metabolism then produce the pcod

so without treating the underlying cause, how you can cured?

treatment option;
i advise you taking Homeopathic medicines gives safe and permanent cure for your complaints
consult your local homeopathic physician for correct diagnosis of the case and remedy to fit your complaints
I hope this is helpful for you, thank you
