Open Sores In Between The Sores, Peeling Skin. Any Home Remedy?

Hello, I was just massaging my mother-in-law's feet and she pointed out some open sores between her toes. The area between her toes appears wet/moist, and I think that's what caused these (but I'm not sure). The skin between there looks like it's peeling, and two are so bad that they are actual red sores where it looks like skin was ripped off. I am in Tunisia so I have no idea where to get epsom salts or anything, and my MIL is Tunisian and doesn't speak English. What can I do to help her with things at home?

Hello
As you stated your mother-in-law problem , it seems to be fungal infection but it is usually associated with itching.
sore may also occur in Diabetic patient , so you can go for blood suger examination.
if the blood suger is normal it can be fungal infection. for this Tab fluconazole is effective orally and for topically clotrimazole can also be used.
ok
take care
