On Microgynon. Had Unprotected Sex. Took Pill Lately. No Bleeding Yet. Messed Cycle Or Pregnant?

Hi, I'm on microgynon 30, I've taken two months back to back as instructed after being late with a pill in the last seven days of the first pack. Since then I've being having unprotected sex with my boyfriend, but that was after seven days of missing the pill. I unfortunately was late taking one again at the end of the second pack. I had the emergency contraceptive, I'm now on the seventh day of my Seven pill free days as I wanted to give my body a break. I haven't had my withdrawal bleed, I've taken two tests, both negative even with the doctor recommended ones. Could I still be pregnant or could it be another factor like messin up my cycle or stress? Thank you

Hi,
Thanks for your query.
The chances of pregnancy may be there in your case because you have not taken pills properly and you have not mentioned the time of your emergency pills.
You should consult a gynecologist first to rule out your pregnancy by blood test and ultrasonography.
The period may not come because of hormonal imbalance or stress also.
