Numbness In Neck, Loss Of Hearing, Increased Heart Rate. ECG Normal. Cure For Symptoms?

Male 22 here - I am experiencing a numbness in the front left side of my neck, a sudden loss of hearing for several seconds in the right ear, and an increased heart rate in 30-60 second intervals. I have been drinking water in fear of dehydration, and have had one panic attack before several weeks ago - ECG normal. Scared, any thoughts?

Hi !
Thank you for your query.

DEAR SIR,

Well whatever history you are giving coorelates with panic attacks which can be because of increased anxiety levels due to various causes . Dont be scared and try to find the reason behind this .
I advise you to consult a psychiatrist for expert advise . You should undergo full health checkup , specially thyroid function tests and 2D ECHO to rule out palpitations causes. If you suffer from panic attacks behaviour therapy , meditation besides medicines can be of lot of help.

Hope you are satisfied with the answer.
If you have any further queries feel free to ask.
Wish you good health.
Take care.
