Hi Dr Narasi, I am 74, For the past 4 months I am noticing I am getting more air coming out from my mouth and less and less from the rare.and the movement of bowel first start with burst of stool, My colonoscopy 3 years ago was normal. I would appreciate your comment thankd

Hello,
You may be suffering from gastritis or lax oesophagal sphincter or food intolerence etc. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Take soft diet. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will do upper GI endoscopy and treat you accordingly.
