Having Diviterculous, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, What Is The Reason For Green Stool, Pain In Left Side?

I am a 35 year old woman. I have been told I have diviterculous, irritable bowel syndrome, and irritable bowel disease; but I have never been scoped. The past week I have had pain on my left side, a funny taste in my mouth, and green stool. What is going on?

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

If there is no alteration in consistency or frequency of stools then there seems to be no cause for concern.
Do get a stool microscopic examination before proceeding to Colonoscopy.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
