Noticed Lump On Butt. Using Antibiotic Cream And Warm Compressor. Blood And Clear Fluid Comes Out. Any Treatment?
It first started out about half the size of a pea about an inch away from my butt., and 5 days later I have tried to pop it an have been putting antobotic cream and warm compressor on it and peroxipe and the only thing that has come out has been some blood and clear fluid. What am I dealing with Please !!!!! It also has gotten bigger and not red but white.... THANK YOU !!!!

It can be a simple boil or an ischeorectal abscess.
You should stop the hot compresses it can spread the pus to blood and can lead to catastrophe of septic shock.
You need systemic antibiotics like Augmentin and local dressings in guidance of your surgeon.
If the problem does not subside in 5days then it is not a boil but an isceorectal abcess and would need a drainage under local anesthesia.
