im 33 years old and had a ultrasound..normalmal anteverted uterus with intact endometrium.. ovarian cyst ,bilateral probably physiologic..what does this mean/

Everything is normal except possibility of both sides ovarian cyst. Most of the time these cysts are normal and will clear off in 2-3 cycles. Not to worry. Normal ultrasound report. May I know what was the reason you did ultrasound, what's your health problem. Eat healthy. Drink enough water. Exercise daily.
