No Success So Far In Pregnancy, Tubes Blocked, Disconnected, Taking Meparate, No Periods. Is There Any Chance To Be Pregnant Naturally?

Hi Dr., I m 40years...We hv been married for 5 years..Never got pregnant even once...was under IVF treatment continuously since 4 years..No success so far. My tubes were blocked & even were disconnected due to fibroid & some other problems. Now I ve missed my periods.. It s 52 days. When I was 41days I consulted my Gynec..she gave me Tab Meparate 10mg to consume for 5 days twice a day. After 6days of stopping the medicine also, I didnt get my periods. Is there any chance for me to be pregnant naturally, as my tubes were disconnected. I m anxious to conceive. Pls reply.

Thanks for the query.
The possibility of pregnancy is less, as the tubes are disconnected.
But if any of the procedures you underwent during artificial reproductive techniques led to partial recanalization of the tubes, there is possibility of pregnancy. But this is rare possibility.
You once go for blood test for pregnancy.
This will help in ruling out the possibility of pregnancy.
After taking progesterone pills, sometimes it may take around one week to get withdrawal bleeding.
So wait for few more days.
If you do not get periods even after 3 to 4 days, there is possibility of deficiency of both estrogen and progesterone hormones.
So in that case better to consult gynecologist once and take combination of estrogen and progesterone pills to induce withdrawal bleeding.
