Nerve Pain In Right Leg, I Am Amputee, Pain From Wearing My Prosthetic Leg. Took Tramadol But No Use

I have sciatic nerve pain in my right leg. I am an amputee and this occurs at least 3-4 times per year. I sometimes have some pain from wearing my prosthetic leg to long and when the atmosphere changes and a storm is coming, but I do not understand this sciatic nerve problem. Nothing I take helps it. Even Tramadol does not effect it. What do you think?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your pain, as you said that it is being amputated, so here the sensation of phantom leg can not be rule out, here in case of amputation, when body part amputated like fingers toes leg arm so even after the amputation the sensation of pain remains there, it gives feeling of that part is still there and paining a lot, called phantom pain, and it may long last, no pain killer would help in it, I would advise you to see the pain management department and discus it, have nice day.
