Nerve Pain On Back
Am finishing a prednisone taper (15 days) tomorrow (1 pill today and 1 tomorrow). Can I start taking 600 mg. Ibuprofen today ? Probable nerve pain from back being referred to right knee and shin and would rather take medication I know how my body reacts to than the TRAMADOL I started yesterday, though nothing seems to help much.

you should consult spine surgery speciality to reach a proper diagnosis as having pain killer will end into addiction with no benefit later on for the pain
