Need Treatment For Fullness Of Stomach And Burping.
empty stomach i feel my stomach full of gas. and after taking my food i start burping..specially in morning before taking my breakfast i get too much gas. i have done blood test, stool test, ultra sound for whole abdominal it all came normal. because of gas sometime i get too much vomiting sensation and my mouth taste get sour.

I really appreciate your concern, given symptoms could be due to gastritis and it is the inflammatory condition certain very common causes are there for this like infection, hyperacidity, food allergy, but the most common is hyperacidity and it needs to be given try with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Tab Domperidone, if the vomiting is more troublesome then it can be treated with Ondansetrone tablet sublingual or in severe vomiting injectable is preferable hope this information helps.
