Need Medication For Stomach Pain Caused Due To Pneumonia
My 3 year old son is complaint of stomach pain he also has fever and 1 week before he was diagnosed with pneumonia.he was on amoxicillin.he just finished his antibiotics yesterday and this morning he has fever stomach pain increased heart rate what is causing it

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Maybe pneumonia didn't resolve. You have to change medications. Add Azithromycin, syrup Ascoril thrice and tablet Pantop D twice. Also take Mucaine gel twice.
