Neck Pain, Numb Arm, Pain Radiating To Chest, Ear Pain. Diagnosed As Pinched Nerve. Cure For Symptoms?

About 2 1/2 months ago I went to the dr because I was having neck pain that was leaving my arm numb. They told me I had a pinched nerve & sent me home. Since then the pain has continued radiates to my chest & now when I move my head to quickly or when I stand I get really light headed & I my ears make a whooshing sound going in & out of hearing. It lasts about 45 seconds. Down my neck & ear have been hurting for about the last 2 months. I'm not sure what to do. I'm starting to get scared.
