Nausea, Vomiting. Doing Insanity Work, No Colleagues Having These Symptoms. Underlying Cause?
Lately I have been feeling nausea and just not feeling good but this just happened all of a sudden but I started working out to the insanity work out so I wonder does that play any type of factor and I was out to eat and while eating I threw up out of nowhere and couldn't stop and after I was done I was fine no one with me experienced thise symptoms just me and I was just wondering what could be going on

I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have gastroscopy, U.S.scanning, and other tests for diagnosis. Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
