Hello

Thanks for the query

Dark coloured stool could be blood. Here are my suggestions to you
1. Please get a stool routine and a stool for occult blood done
2. Endoscopy to rule out ulcers in the stomach
3. Hb to check for a fall due to the bleeding

The symptoms are most likely to be because of a small bleed which could be because of an ulcer in the stomach. I recommend you to approach a gastroenterologist for the further work up I have suggested

I hope I was of help

Regards
