I m currently 17 years old and trying to get in shape over the summer for senior year of high school. I m not overweight at all just trying to trim down a bit. I want to start eating healthy foods but the whole problem is everything I eat lately has made me feel awful. My stomach just hurts constantly after eating foods, healthy or not. & whenever I eat fruit or certain vegetables, my stomach is in pain and my throat itches. Basically, with any fruit ( strawberries, blueberries...etc.. ) and I ve never had this problem. I used to eat fruit all the time. Any suggestions ? thank you!
