My One Year Old Baby Has Sour Smelling Stools After Switching To The Whole Milk From Breast Milk

I just switched my one year old to whole milk from breastmilk 3 days ago and today she had irregular bowel movements with the last one smelling like sour milk the smell was very strong, is this ok? I have continued to breastfeed just once at night.

it looks like gastroenteritis.better to consult a paediatrician and do astool examination and accordingly tretment given by the dr

she might be having a gastro enteritis and if she has fever too she will need antibiotics. See a pediatrician
