I agree that you should see a doctor. Pain in the heart should be going from the centre of your chest and radiating outwards and to your left side. I recently experienced chest pains, and they did not match these symptoms. They felt like pressure in the chest and pain in the general area of heart or stomach. The 3 different diagnoses from three different doctors were; - Stomach problem- I took pills for stomach and pancreas (don't know why)- nothing happened; - Muscle "contracture"( not sure of the english word) in the chest- the theory was that I had a pulled muscle in my chest(?) and it was causing pressure- muscle relaxants and anti-inflammatory were useless; - Anxiety attack- took anxiety pills for 10 days- problem solved, probably issues regarding my about to be born Baby- everything turned out fine thank you-it's a girl. Bottom line is, they all checked the heart first and then tried to find other solutions. You should check it too. It might not be anything, but the heart is just too important not to check.
