My Heart Was Pounding Really Hard And Fast, Please Help

Last night i couldn't fall asleep until 3 in the morning and i don't know why. My heart was pounding really hard and fast. Today when I woke up,, my heart was still pounding really fast and i feel really stressed out and i dont know why. What does this mean?

heart pounding is the sigh of heart disease. get the ecg done to know the status of the heart disease. also not to eat too much of carbohydrate and lipids.
