My Grandpa Is Breathing Really Hard, What Do I Do ?

Im at my grand parents house and my grandpa is breathing really hard. he is falling asleep when i talk to him. he has had 2 heart atacks and 1 stroke. he is in very bad health. me and my grandma are trying to get him to go into a doctor . but e says no. his voice is all messed up and im really worried this might be his last day if something doesnt happen. What do I do ?

Looks like his stroke has recurred/pneumonia.
PLease call the ambulance and take him to the ER
THere is no point in listening to a person who is not in the right consciousnesses level, u know what is best for him
