welcome to healthcare magic.
Since your child is 2 yrs he will be active & playing around so because of surroundings childrens are ,more prone to infections .You will have to take care as to avoid out side food ;cold food & drinks especially during weather changes. These infections will trouble him for few years till the immunity gets boosted then he will become fine. For help you can give him homoeopathic medicine ON-TONSIL which is available over the counter or consult a homoeopath.
take care
