There is nothing wrong with her breathing, and i think she is alright in herself (eating and drinking fine) its just this cough. My 3 year old son is now coughing too but they do feel abit hot to the touch and abit red in the face but nothing of big concern. My daughter has abit of a runny nose aswell so i'm started to think it might just be a cold coming on, but her tongue really doesn't look normal.
Thanks for answering me back.

Yes it seems that she is going through nasopharyngitis. Observe the temperature, if it gets over 38 degrees then she needs to have an antipyretic.
Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Aashish Raghu's  Response
Hi
It is possible she has an upper respiratory infection. Usually in infection like Diphtheria there will be a grayish patch adhered near the area of tonsils. So please do get it confirmed by her Doctor by a thorough examination. Do not delay. Keep her well hydrated and instruct her to use handkerchief while coughing as well. She may do steam inhalation for relief till then.
