My 2 yr old has a loose stool which has a foul smell.the stool s frequency is twice a day and its normal quantity.the child is feeding well,no fever and still active. please advise

foul smell may be due to bacterial infection or parasite infestation
other cause may be malabsorption or lactose intolerance
you consult the physician . he may need stool test
after the test all things will be clear. accordingly your doctor will prescribe you medications
