Muscle Pain, Dry Mouth, Testicular Atrophy And Difficulty In Swallowing. Had Pneumonia Months Back. What Could Be The Reason?

My husband is experiencing severe pain. He had a bout with pneumonia approximately 2 months ago and has since had severe muscle and joint pain, dry mouth, difficulty swallowing, testicular atrophy, He is experiencing weakness in his muscles and it is affecting his entire body, back, knees, wrists, hands, ankles, hips. He is an extremely strong individual and has a high threshold for pain. He was unable to open his pill bottles this morning and is unable to work or really do much of anything. He has been to emergency twice, has been to his family doctor 4 times and all tests are showing negative.............. he has an appointment in 6 months with a rheumatoid specialist. please help.

May be because of pneumonia he has lost proteins from his body. Which cause week, loss of weight and muscle mass leading to tiredness. Give high protein diet like eggs and milk in high quantity along with sprouted pulses.
There is a possibility of gastritis leading to poor apetite and dry mouth so pls take gastro opine regarding his poor health.

With increasing age Testicular atropy chances are high. You did not mention age of the pt.
